  • Coronary angiogram
  • Loop recorder implantation
  • Simple and complex pacemaker insertion
  • Implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) insertion
  • Cardioversion
  • Electrophysiology study and ablation

Your care team

We have a team of experienced healthcare professionals including cardiology consultants, cardiac nurses, physiologists and radiographers.

Working collaboratively, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of cardiac care - using the latest minimally invasive techniques to support accurate diagnosis, effective treatment and a faster recovery.

Visiting information

Visiting hours

  • 12-6pm Weekdays.

Visitor guidelines

  • Up to one visitor per patient at any one time as we have very limited space.
  • Children under 12 years old are not allowed to visit adult wards, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
  • When you arrive, please check in with a member of ward staff before visiting your loved one.
  • If you are visiting a patient receiving end-of-life care, we will aim to accommodate more visitors, usually up to four people a day, but this may vary depending on ward pressures. The matron or nurse in charge will provide more information when needed.
  • Read and follow our infection control guidelines (see below).

Help keep our patients safe and well

Please don’t visit if you have:

  • Any signs of infection.
