As a busy, dynamic NHS hospital and community service we have to be ready to meet increasing demand and make sure we maintain consistently high levels of safe care.
To do that we have around 4,500 colleagues but we still need to be able to quickly respond to things like increasing demand, holidays or staff illness and that is where our staff bank is a vital part of our Royal Surrey Family.
Our staff bank work across our hospital and community sites and roles include; Administration, Allied Health Professionals (AHPs), Pharmacy, Healthcare Assistants (HCAs), Nurses and Doctors.
