Your Baby’s Movements

From 16-24 week of pregnancy, you should feel your baby move more and more up until about 32 weeks, then stay similar until you give birth. It is important to get to know your baby’s normal pattern of movements.

The movements your baby makes gives reassurance that he or she is well, so if you notice these movements change from the normal pattern or reduce from what you are used to it is important to act straight away whatever time of day or night. Do not delay, call your 24/7 advice line Call a Midwife on 0300 123 05473.
