Say thank you to staff who deserve to be Royal Surrey Stars this year. Nominations are now open for Royal Surrey Patients’ Choice Awards 2026, and you are invited to nominate a person or a team who have made a real difference to your care at Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust.  

The Patients’ Choice Awards are exclusively for patients, carers and family members to celebrate Royal Surrey colleagues in two very special categories:

• Patients’ Choice Award - for an individual
• Patients’ Choice Award - for a team

If you, a friend or family member has a story to tell of kindness, outstanding support or care which made a lasting impression on you, these awards are your opportunity to let them know.  

You can nominate individuals or teams who you think should be celebrated for the work they do at any of Royal Surrey’s hospitals in Guildford, Cranleigh, Haslemere, Milford or from our community teams.

Whatever your experience, whether it was a life-changing difference or a smile that brightened your time at Royal Surrey, nominate the people and teams who shine.

Everyone you nominate will receive a certificate, and three finalists in each category will be invited to our annual staff awards ceremony in November.
