The Integrated Respiratory Service is a highly multi-professional team providing specialist care to patients with chronic long term respiratory conditions. 

The service operates across the hospital and community settings ensuring that patients are able to access specialist input closer to home.

The service is delivered in line with the most up to date evidence based practice for patients diagnosed with the following specified conditions;

• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
• Asthma.
• Bronchiectasis.
• Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD).
