Who can have a Hospital Passport?
The Hospital Passport can be used by anyone who needs Hospital Staff to know about their needs.
Examples of people who might use a Hospital Passport are:
Children and Young People with Learning Disabilities and / or Autism
Adults with Learning Disabilities and / or Autism
People with Dementia and / or Delirium
People who may have communication needs.
People who have had a stroke
