Jill Wevrett, Clinical Scientist Nuclear Medicine Physics
Jill is exceptionally proactive and conscientious, consistently ensuring that all aspects of nuclear medicine research run smoothly and safely.
Her attention to detail keeps patient safety at the forefront, while her clear, timely communication with the research team and department staff ensures everyone is aware of ongoing studies and has completed the necessary training and paperwork.
Jill’s coordination also allows the department to manage capacity effectively, enabling the safe introduction of new clinical trials. Her dedication directly supports the trust’s ability to offer patients access to cutting-edge research.

Known for her warmth and compassion, Kirsty brings a sense of calm and positivity that brightens the ward every day.
She is a Healthcare Assistant on Onslow Ward who consistently goes above and beyond for her patients. Her gentle kindness makes sure patients feel truly cared for, and the impact of her care leaves a lasting impact. It is not uncommon for patients who were discharged years ago to still ask after her and recall the support and reassurance she provided.
Kirsty never seeks recognition, yet her dedication and commitment to excellence are evident in everything she does. A quiet, unsung hero, she exemplifies the very best of patient-focused care and makes an invaluable contribution.

Marika is a shining example of dedication and compassion in patient care. Always going above and beyond, she supports patients and staff alike, tackling every challenge with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
From calming anxious patients to greeting new ones in clinics, providing a familiar and reassuring presence, her care is consistently unwavering.
