What makes Binita truly special is that her compassion extends to everyone. She consistently supports her colleagues with the same warmth and dedication. She’s a guiding light on the team — reliable, encouraging, and always present.  

She excels in everything she does. As a nurse in charge, she leads by example and never hesitates to step in when needed. Whatever the task she ensures no one is left behind — especially during busy shifts when the workload can be overwhelming.

She’s not only a great nurse but also a person with a genuinely big heart and a very calm and reassuring presence. We truly appreciate her hard work, humility, and unwavering support. She deserves recognition for the positive impact she makes on our team and the care she provides to our patients every single day. Binita embodies what a great mentor and a leader looks like.

James sets an outstanding example to our team with the rare combination of both technical excellence and a nurturing and progressive leadership style. He truly cares for our patients and the colleagues we serve, demonstrating wonderful empathy with everyone he interacts with.  

He thrives on teaching those around him and sharing his extensive knowledge. He always has his door open for anyone who needs him. James is efficient and effective and has successfully led the Nuclear Medicine team through the enormous task of being the first Nuclear Medicine department in the country to achieve UKAS quality accreditation.  

He is well known and highly respected throughout the whole of the national Nuclear Medicine community. We value his honesty, his willingness to listen, and then to lead by example. It would be hard to find any better example of a great leader.
