I grew up in the Guildford area and then moved to London where I studied at Imperial College. Having gained a degree in Geology I went on to follow a career in Photography which had always been my passion. I have worked as a photographer since 1981 and I continue to do so, specialising in photography and film for food and luxury brands.
I moved to Dunsfold twenty years ago and have had experience of the Royal Surrey Hospital as both a patient and as a carer. This has given me a good insight into the running of the hospital, something I have always been interested in.
Locally I am Vice Chairman of Dunsfold Parish Council and a Trustee of The Dunsfold Village School Trust.
My hope is that my patient perspective together with the knowledge I have gained from running my own successful business will bring a valuable contribution to the council of Governors in their role as a voice for the public.
