Resuscitation Team receive international recognition
Congratulations to our Resuscitation Team, who have received recognition from both sides of the Atlantic recently. The team were praised by US company Laerdal, for their work in helping develop two new products - a baby manikin used for Resuscitation training purposes, and an app. In their letter to Louise Stead, Chief Executive, Laerdal said: “You have a fantastic Resuscitation Team in Guildford.”
The team also received a letter of recognition on a national level from Resuscitation Council UK, thanking them for their work, providing key information for teaching materials.
They also wrote to our Chief Executive, saying: “We were able to capture some excellent footage for our course materials and campaigns which will serve to enhance our message that these skills are so important to everyone, both in hospital and in the community.”
