Insomnia Service Team Leader launches podcast to tackle insomnia

Insomnia staff member, Louise Berger

Louise Berger, Insomnia Service Team Leader at Royal Surrey, has launched a ‘Say Goodnight to Insomnia’ podcast to help staff and members of the public who struggle with insomnia.

Louise was inspired to record the podcast after seeing a surge in sleep problems due to the pandemic. She wanted to provide insights and strategies to aid sleep for those who struggle to fall asleep or to stay asleep.

The 26-minute audio piece covers the causes of insomnia and how to improve the quality of sleep through simple techniques.

If you are struggling with insomnia, please listen to Louise’s podcast here

If you feel you need more advice or support than has been included in this podcast, please seek a referral from your GP, an Insomnia Service like ours at the Royal Surrey or a prescription web based programme such as Sleepio or Sleepstation.
