Aim high message for Care Certificate Award winners
Chief Nurse Jo Mountjoy presented Care Certificates and Co-Supervisor Awards to 32 hardworking healthcare support workers in an inspiring celebration.
Jo congratulated staff receiving their award, praising their dedication and commitment. She said: “It’s a privilege to be here with you to share your success. You dug deep, you studied hard, and you have achieved your Care Certificates and Co-Supervisor Awards. This is extremely valuable to our Trust, it helps improve the care we give our patients and supports colleagues who you’re working with too. Well done.”
Learning Environment Lead, Sally Whitehouse gave a presentation as part of the celebrations last week, outlining the next level career development opportunities available to the successful cohort. She said: “I’m so proud, you have all done brilliantly. This is about celebrating your achievements, but we also don’t want you to stop here. You have so much talent, that we want to make you aware of what else is on offer.
