Medical roles

Are you a doctor who wishes to join a well-established and innovative trust?

Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is committed to ensuring that every doctor has the best experience and grows within our community.

We have countless opportunities to ensure doctors, at all levels, are able to develop and improve their skills through training.  Our Minimal Access Therapy Training Unit is an internationally recognised centre of excellence created for the teaching of innovative laparoscopic surgical techniques. We have an advanced simulation suite which delivers simulation-based education in medicine, anaesthesia, intensive care, paediatrics, obstetrics, midwifery, emergency medicine, primary care and psychiatry. This also provides regular in-situ high fidelity simulation sessions in various clinical areas within the Trust.

Our ambition is for the Trust to be recognised as a highly research active organisation, optimising care quality for patients through research and development activity.

There are monthly Schwartz rounds available to support staff to discuss and reflect on the emotional and social challenges associated with working in healthcare.
