Exercise and pregnancy

Regular excercise is important and you should keep be able to up your normal excercise routine for as long as you feel comfortable.  Make sure you discuss excercise with your midwife and tell any instructors/ trainers that you are pregnant.

If you are active and fit during your pregnancy you are more likely to adapt to your changin shape and weight gain.
