Do you want to be at the forefront of a new programme to help join up efforts to improve the quality of life, health and wellbeing of Guildford and Waverley citizens?

Frontline staff from the public sector and other partners are being given the chance to join the ranks of a new programme to supercharge collaborative efforts to make significant and sustainable change across Surrey.

The Surrey 500 is a programme to bring frontline staff together and support them to overcome real and perceived barriers and to foster a spirit of collaboration across the system. It will provide new ways of working including improvement methods, time and support to increase the pace and scale of transformation.

This isn’t a traditional leadership development programme. This is about bringing together those people already working in the health and social care system to support them to deliver real change with a broad view of what’s possible when we work together and join things up.

We need 100 champions from the Guildford Waverley Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) – the local health and care collaborative that works together to deliver on the aims of Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care System (ICS) whilst focusing on health and care priorities of our local population.

You will need to commit to attend six and a half days of development and community-based learning and will also work on a project specific to the ICP over the next eight months.

The 100 will come together on the 25 June to start this important journey. If you are interested in being part of this exciting work please speak with your manager and book the 25 June in your diary and submit an application form.
