  • The number of unplanned admissions for patients with neuromuscular conditions from January 2015- November 2018 – 163.

 

  • The total number of delayed days for neuromuscular patients from January 2015- November 2018 – The Trust’s records for this information is incomplete. Our records for Delayed Transfer of Care (DTOC), for which we have records back to July 2016, show 39 DTOCs for the patient cohort. Using data from the Trust’s Clinical Utilisation Review system, which has records back to July 2015, there were 123 ‘Ready for Discharge’ days in total for these patients.
