Band 8A – 4.5 wte   x 3.0 matrons, x1.0 Divisional governance manager, x0.5 safeguarding lead midwife

Band 7 – 28.48 wte – senior clinical leadership team midwives

Band 6 – 50.54wte  – rotational senior midwives

Band 5 – 20.27wte – preceptorship midwives

Band 5 scrub nurse – 0.64wte

Band 3 – 12.66wte – senior midwifery support workers

Band 2 – 19.45wte – midwifery support workers.

2). The number of staff meant to be present each day in each maternity ward / unit 

Early = 12

Late = 12

Night = 10

 3). The number of days in which each ward / unit did not have its minimum number of staff in the time period September 30th 2015 to September 30th 2017.

4). money spent on agency workers hired to fill any gaps in maternity wards or units for the time period September 30th 2015 to September 30th 2017
