On what date was Vedolizumab (for use in relation to Crohn’s Disease) first added to the Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Formulary?
The Surrey Prescribing Clinical Network (PCN) decided to support the use of Vedolizumab in the treatment of Crohn’s Disease after prior therapy in line with NICE TA352 on 4th November 2015. Further information can be seen here: http://pad.res360.net/PAD/Search/DrugCondition/963
The PCN policy statement was adopted at the RSCH Drugs and Therapeutics meeting on 4th December 2015 and was added to our formulary at that point. Our current published formulary document is being updated to reflect this decision.
