Comments, Complaints and Compliments
We welcome and value your feedback on our services as we recognise that this helps us to identify those aspects of our service where we can improve.
The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) provides support and advice to patients, their families and friends. They can help address any concerns about the service provided by the Trust in the “here and now”. The office is open from 09:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday and closed on bank holidays.
Formal complaints must be made in writing to the complaints team. You can do this by email rsc-tr.Complaints@nhs.net or writing to the Chief Executive, Royal Surrey County Hospital, Egerton Road, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 7XX.
To speak to a member of the PAL’s team telephone: 01483 402757
