Radiotherapy Research Team
Annie has been working at the Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust for 17 years. She has worked in all aspects of radiotherapy delivery and trial management. Annie now leads the Radiation Oncology Research team which oversees all trials which involve radiation. The team cover all tumour groups using radiotherapy, brachytherapy and nuclear medicine. Many of the trials involve ground-breaking treatments which can only be accessed at a limited number of sites including the Royal Surrey.
Edith is a Senior Nuclear Medicine Technologist, she has worked in various Nuclear Medicine departments before joining the Radiation Oncology Research Team. Edith leads on all our Nuclear Medicine studies, many of which are commercial.
Isobel has come into the Radiation Oncology Research Team on a 1 year secondment from radiotherapy treatment. She trained at Portsmouth University where she gained experience working at Southampton General, Queen Alexandra Portsmouth, The Royal Sussex and Basingstoke hospitals. Isobel works mainly on our breast and prostate trials.
Fabio Di Maria
Fabio has experience working in both radiotherapy and nuclear medicine in Italy. He joins our team from The Harley Street Clinic where he worked on Cyber-Knife research. He works on all our radiotherapy studies and lead our SABR portfolio.
Min has recently moved to the Radiotherapy Team from Oncology and assists with Trial set up and data input.
Grace is our Trials Co-ordinator, she studied medical biochemistry at Kingston University. Grace completes all aspects of trial set up for the team and also handles trial data input and query resolution.
