Gastric, Colorectal and Heamatology Oncology Trials
Sarah covers the upper Gastrointestinal (GI) cancer trials working closely with both oncologists and surgeons to recruit patients and supervise their treatment on a range of trials.
Daniel joined the team in December 2014 from a specialist London hospital and brought with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in trial medications for haematology trials. His experience covers early phase trials through to phase ii/iii trials.
Daniel covers our Colorectal and Haematology trials, and is the Principle Investigator for study looking at quality of life for haematology patients.
As a chemotherapy trained nurse Daniel can also be found on the Chilworth day unit administering trial medications.
Christina rejoined the Oncology research team in June after a short secondment in ICU.
Christina leads on our Hepatology and Pancreatic Cancer studies
Sue is responsible for the setting up of all new trials for the team and monitoring the running of the trials.
Helen has worked in the department for over 2 years coming from a background in the medico-legal world. As the Data Manager for the team she is responsible for overseeing data in relation to the recruitment and management of cancer patients entering clinical trials and forwarding this to the various Clinical Trials Units. She works alongside the Research Nurses
Julie has recently joined the Oncology Research Department based in St Lukes Cancer Center as a Data Manager working alongside the Research Nurses.
