Inpatient Survey

What is the Inpatient Survey?

Here at the Royal Surrey County Hospital we have a dedicated team of more than 40 volunteers who tour the inpatient wards to gather vital feedback from our patients.

This information is crucial in identifying what we do well and where we may need to improve. The valuable work of The Volunteer Patient Survey Team has resulted in a large increase in the number of completed patient surveys which in turn helps us to improve upon our services for the future and to recognise our current successes.

The Royal Surrey Volunteer Patient Survey Team was highlighted at the 2012 Staff Recognition Awards where they won the Behind the Scene Team of the Year award for their contibutions working day to day to ensure the smooth running of our hospital.
