FOI 4274 Clinical Excellence Awards

I would like information on the award winners for the 2014, 2015 and 2016 rounds. 

1. How many applications did the Trust receive for the Clinical Excellence Awards, and give the number of female and male applicants for the:

a) 2014 round 30 applications – 19 male and 11 female

b) 2015 round37 applications-  19 male and 18 female

c) 2016 round36 applications – 25 male and 11 female 

*For example: In 2014 we had 1000 applicants – 500 male and 500 female. 

 

2. How many awards were given in total, and how many were given to males and females for the:

a) 2014 round16 awards – 11 male and 5 female

b) 2015 round18 awards – 9 male and 9 female

c) 2016 round 20 awards – 15 male and 5 female 

*For example: In 2014, 10 awards were given in total – 5 to males and 5 to females 

 

3. was the total value of awards given, and what was the total value given to males and given to females for the:

a) 2014 roundApprox £79,800 (wte) – approx. £56,183(wte) male and £23,656 (wte) female

b) 2015 round Approx £79,800(wte) – approx. £38,441(wte) male and £41,398 (wte) female

c) 2016 round Approx £81,000 (wte) – approx. £56,734 (wte) male and £20,902 (wte) female 

*For example: In 2014 the sum of all awards paid was £xxxxxx – of that £xxxxx was given to males and £xxxxx was given to females.
