How to Change or Cancel an appointment

It is important to us that your appointment is planned for a date and time that is suitable for you and we do endeavour to provide this to our patients. 

To help us run our services smoothly, if you do need to change or cancel your appointment please let us know as far In advance of the appointment as possible.  This means that we are more likely to be able to provide you with a new and suitable appointment and we can make sure that our clinics run well.

To speed up your request please have the following information available:

Your Name, Full Address and a Contact Number
Hospital Number
Date and Time of Appointment
Consultant Name
Clinic Name
