We really appreciate everyones support, especially on such a cold winter evening!

Royal Surrey County Hospital Foundation Trust Consultation Question Time Event
Since we launched the Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust consultation back in November we have had a great response and positive feedback from the people we have met. To kick start the final stage of our public consultation in the New Year, we are holding a ‘Question Time' event with a panel on Thursday, 8th January 2009 at Guildford College.
The panel will be made up of Nick Moberly, Chief Executive, Medical Director, Dr Christopher Tibbs, Director of Nursing and Operations, Sue Lewis, Guildford MP Anne Milton and South West Surrey MP Jeremy Hunt. This is a unique opportunity to get your questions and queries answered by senior members of staff from the hospital and your local MPs.
We will talk through our plans and the majority of the event will be open to any questions you have about our Foundation Trust plans and the future of the Royal Surrey, as we are keen to hear your thoughts. We are also keen to hear any general comments about the hospital and your experiences. Light refreshments will be provided and there will be the opportunity to sign up to become a member of the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust.
The details are:
Date: 7 - 9pm, Thursday 8th January 2009
Venue: Guildford College, Stoke Park Campus, Guildford, GU1 1EZ
We are extremely grateful for the support that we have had from patients and the public during our Foundation Trust consultation so far. We are committed to keeping in touch with the people in the communities that we serve and providing them with the opportunity to hear more about our plans for the future and what becoming an NHS Foundation Trust will mean.
This event is open to anyone who is interested in finding out more about the Royal Surrey and our NHS Foundation Trust plans. For further details and ticket information please e-mail: katie.dunn@royalsurrey.nhs.uk or call 01483 408337.
