2016-17 CQUIN – Celebrating Success

2016-17 CQUIN – Celebrating Success

CQUIN stands for Commissioning for Quality and Innovation, and denotes a system that was introduced in 2009. The CQUIN framework supports improvements in the quality of services and the creation of new, improved patterns of care. This means that a proportion of our income depends on achieving quality improvement and innovation goals, agreed between the Trust and our commissioners.

During 2016-17, RSCH had nine CQUIN projects taking place in the Trust; we fully achieved eight of said projects and partially achieved one. If you would like further information on the specific project results, please contact Maggie Elliott on: Margaret.elliott6@nhs.net
