Royal Surrey Staff Recognition Awards 2011

Patients - an opportunity  to nominate a member of staff you think should be recognised for the care or good service they have provided.

The Royal Surrey County Hospital’s Staff Recognition Awards are a long standing event in the hospital’s calendar, to celebrate our real life heroes – those members of staff who go the extra mile to ensure that our patients get the highest quality of care.

In recent years, this celebration has grown enormously - to the extent that we had to turn people away last year. This year we’re back with a bigger venue and would like to share this event with our local community. Further details about the date and location of the awards ceremony will be available here soon.

Please do get in touch with us if you’d like to:

  • nominate a member of staff for the Patients' Choice Award,
  • sponsor an award, or
  • attend the Staff Recognition Awards

Please contact Rebecca Silverman by T: 01483 571122 ext.2630 or E: Rebecca.silverman@nhs.net

A copy of the Patients' Choice Nomination Form and the Awards Sponsorship Brochure can be downloaded from the links at the bottom of the page.

(If you are a Royal Surrey staff member and would like to nominate a colleague for an award please contact Rebecca on the extension number above.)

We have a number of awards to present on the night, including:
